The Black Leadership Group is a not-for-profit organisation of black current and former Further Education practitioners from a wide range of communities. Working with an ever-growing group of supporters, affiliates, and allies – their aim is to create an inclusive, anti-racist society with equity of access for all to employment and services. They have an ever-growing membership of thousands of *black members and over 60 affiliated organisations including over 40 further education colleges across the UK, national organisations including the College Development Network (Scotland), the Education and Training Foundation (England) and working with the Welsh Government to progress the Welsh Government’s Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan.
