The Black Leadership Job Board is more than just a job board — it’s part of a larger movement…

Born in collaboration between Morgan Hunt, a trusted public sector recruitment agency, and Black Leadership Group (BLG), an organisation committed to eradicating racism, the Black Leadership Job Board exists to challenge unconscious bias and dismantle systemic barriers in recruitment.

Our Aim?

To showcase Black talent in leadership roles and create lasting change for the future.

We believe in the power of representation. Our platform focuses on increasing diversity in leadership, ensuring that Black professionals have access to opportunities that reflect their skills, experiences, and potential.

Unlike traditional job boards who are just focused on profit, the BLJB was designed with one thing in mind — driving meaningful change. We’ve made it one of the most cost-effective job board platforms available, so organisations of all sizes can get involved.
