Since 2020, they’ve created over 10,000 paid internships across multiple sectors, helping emerging talent gain experience, build networks, and step confidently into leadership roles. Partnering with employers committed to inclusive hiring, they’re not just opening doors—they’re reshaping workplace culture and ensuring Black talent has access to opportunity at every stage of their careers.

The UK Black Business Show is an event all about celebrating and promoting businesses and leaders who inspire more Black men and women to make a positive impact on the economy and the world. With their social reach of up to 60,000+ candidates, it’s a brilliant opportunity to gain significant exposure to a diverse and highly skilled pool of candidates. It’s a space where connections are made, ideas are shared, and Black excellence is championed.
