Support Worker – Young People
Location: Harlow | Hours: 35 per week | Rate: £14 – 14.40 per hour + holiday pay

We’re seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist young people aged 17-19 in Harlow. Your role will focus on providing housing-related support, promoting independence, and working with external agencies to help clients achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, identifying needs and risks.
  • Maintain regular contact and a professional, supportive relationship with clients.
  • Ensure safety in all activities and address any risks or complaints.
  • Collaborate with external groups to support client’s needs.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS (recent or on the update service)
  • Driver’s License
