Welding Assessor

Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a College based in the Derbyshire areas who are currently seeking a Welding Assessor, to join their team on a temporary ongoing hourly paid basis.

This role is for 4 days per week Monday – Thursday for 30 hours in total and will involve assessing learners on the following:

• Level 2 Welder
• Level 3 Plate Welder
• Level 3 Pipe Welder

Requirements

• Must hold a Level 3 in Welding.
• Must have an assessor’s award and ideally have previous experience assessing.
• A strong understanding of the Welding industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
