About the Role:

• Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to meet learners’ needs
• Assess and evaluate learner progress through one-on-one coaching and support
• Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to ensure learner development
• Prepare learners for final assessments, ensuring they meet the required standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Trainer/Assessor, preferably with a focus on apprenticeships
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support learners of various backgrounds
