Pay rate: upto £39,000 per annum + Staff Benefits
Hours: Full time

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver and assess apprenticeships in Plate Welding and Metal Fabrication through both classroom-based teaching and practical assessments in the workplace.
  • Conduct regular workplace visits and employer reviews to monitor learner progress and ensure apprenticeship standards are met.
  • Provide support and guidance to apprentices to help them achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
  • Uphold high standards of teaching, assessment, and learner progression in line with apprenticeship frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and learning resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Welding and Fabrication within the Energy sector.
  • Qualified to industry-recognised standards in a relevant field.
  • Post-16 teaching qualification and English & Maths qualifications at Level 2 (or willingness to achieve these within an agreed timeframe).
  • Commitment to upholding organizational values and delivering excellent learning outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
