Team Manager – Westminster Area
A specialist 68-bed male service supporting clients with substance use, mental health, and rough sleeping issues is seeking a Team Manager.

*Enhance DBS is Required*

• Location: Westminster
• Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
• Duration: 1-2 months temporary cover, with potential for extension
• Pay: £18.00 – £20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 staff, providing supervision, training, and overseeing recruitment/rota management.
• Ensure high-quality client support with regular assessments and up-to-date care plans.
• Maintain housing management standards and work towards moving clients on within contractual timelines.
• Promote social inclusion and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
• Work with the Service Manager to monitor and improve service delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in staff and service management, risk assessment, and support planning.
• Ability to handle complex cases involving substance use, mental health, and dual-diagnosis.
• Knowledge of the Recovery and Strengths Model, Harm Minimisation, and Housing Management.
• Strong communication and networking skills to engage with stakeholders.
