Position: Team Leader
Locations: Two sites across East London

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

About Us:

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee two of our Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs services in East London. You will be managing a total of 14 staff across the two services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Support and Management: Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively
• Service Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of both services, ensuring high standards of care and support for our residents
• One-to-One Meetings: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Support Workers to discuss performance, development, and any concerns
• Rota Management: Assist in managing and coordinating the staff rota to ensure adequate coverage and optimal operation of the services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care
