Systems Accountant Microsoft D365

London – Hybrid Working

15 Month FTC Opportunity Offering £67K PA Plus LWA(£5K)

We are seeking an experienced Systems Accountant to join the Finance team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is responsible for the implementation, management, and reporting functions related to the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations system. Playing a crucial part in transitioning from old manual processes to a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations system across the organisation
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Power Apps, particularly Power BI, for data analysis and financial reporting
  • Build and maintain financial reports using Microsoft Dynamics F&O reporting tools
  • Ensure proper financial controls are in place across all finance functional areas
  • Provide training and support to finance and non-finance staff on financial systems and processes
  • Assist with project management related to finance systems implementations

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, etc.) required
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations
  • The ideal candidate should have extensive Dynamics 365 knowledge, project management skills, and an engaging personality.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Power Apps, including Power BI
  • Significant experience working in a finance department with broad functional knowledge
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
