Location: St Albans

Salary: £25 – 26k Per Annum

Contract: Full Time (6-9 months)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota (includes some weekends)

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Homelessness Team. You will be responsible for:

• Providing housing-related support to residents, both in our supported living scheme and the wider community
• Writing support plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs and aspirations
• Assisting residents with substance/alcohol misuse and recovery
• Collaborating with specialist providers, including community mental health teams

Applications from individuals who are passionate about working with homeless people. You do not need extensive experience; backgrounds in mental health, drugs, or other relevant fields are valued, provided you understand the challenging needs of our residents.
