The Tutor will ideally to have the following skills:

• Teaching & assessing experience
• Teaching qualifications – Level 5 Diploma Education and Training / PGCE/QTS
• Industry qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential

The Tutor will need to have the following:

• An assessors award
