Sixth Form Administrator & Study Area Supervisor

Location: North London

Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term Temporary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:15pm

Start Date: Immediate

Morgan Hunt is working with a respected educational institution seeking a proactive and organised Sixth Form Administrator & Study Area Supervisor to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for working in education.

The Role:

You will play a key role in supporting the Sixth Form through a combination of administrative duties and supervision of the Sixth Form study area. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong sense of initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to the Sixth Form team
  • Supervising and supporting students in the study area
  • Managing attendance and data using SIMS
  • Producing and distributing correspondence using Mail Merge
  • Supporting with post-16 applications and student records (Applica knowledge desirable)

    Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Proficient in using SIMS (School Information Management System)
  • Confident in creating documents using Mail Merge
  • Familiarity with Applica or similar post-16 platforms preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
