You will carry out detailed audits, assess current practices, and provide insightful recommendations that help shape the future of care and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough service audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop tailored recommendations and improvement plans, supporting managers to implement these changes successfully.
  • Work closely with teams across the charity to promote best practices and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor progress against improvement goals, providing guidance and support to ensure lasting change.
  • Engage in ongoing quality assurance activities, including data analysis and reporting to senior management.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the care sector, ensuring our services continue to meet regulatory and internal standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in service improvement, quality assurance, or auditing within health, social care, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with managers and front-line teams.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • An eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
