Morgan Hunt’s Public Sector and Government client based in Slough, is looking to recruit a Senior Neighbourhood Officer to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

As a Senior Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our neighborhoods are well-maintained, safe, and that residents receive high-quality tenancy management services.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of estates, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-presented.
• Conduct regular estate inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements.
• Develop and implement estate improvement plans to enhance community living standards.
• Manage a portfolio of tenancies, providing support and guidance to tenants to ensure successful tenancies.
• Address tenant concerns and disputes, providing solutions and mediation where necessary.
• Conduct regular tenancy reviews and home visits to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
• Assist tenants with accessing support services and resources to enhance their living conditions.
