Senior Data Operations Officer
Location: Hybrid / UK-based, London office
Salary: London – £41,000-£41,500
Contract: Full-time, 18-month Contract

We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading national charity that is transforming the way it supports people across the UK. With an ambitious five-year strategy and a powerful mission to improve lives and find a cure for arthritis, this charity is now looking for a Senior Data Operations Officer to join its Digital and Data Development team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support the charity’s data operations during a time of significant digital transformation. The Senior Data Operations Officer will play a key role in managing and supporting the charity’s existing CRM systems (Access Charity CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365), while also contributing to the development of future systems and data strategies.
You’ll work alongside colleagues across the organisation, supporting their daily use of the CRM and helping shape how data is captured, managed, and used to drive impact.

This an initial 18-month contract, with potential to be extended or made permanent. Paying £41,000-£41,500 per annum with strong benefits including 34 days holiday including bank holidays which grows with service and ability to purchase up to 5 days, 10% pension, life assurance, health and wellbeing support etc.
