A leading Legal 500 Law firm based in Essex is looking for a Risk & Compliance Supervisor to join their Compliance Team which consists of 5 analysts, Risk Manager and Head of Risk & Compliance.

The Role
As a Risk & Compliance Supervisor in Essex, your responsibilities would include:
· Supervision of Risk & Compliance Analysts client matters of AML, KYC and on boarding
· Provide guidance and support to your team on AML/CDD/KYC procedures
· To ensure the firm complies with AML/CDD and KYC policies
· Provide advice to stakeholders and fee earners
The Candidate
The requirements for the Risk & Compliance Supervisor role in Essex are as follows:
· 2-3 years’ experience with client onboarding at a Law firm understanding SRA rules
· Good knowledge of AML
· Ideally experience of supervising a team but would suit those that aspires to move into a supervisory role
