Do you have experience working with children and young people in a social care setting? Do you have experience supporting members of staff?
Morgan Hunt are working with The National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS), on their search for a Senior Advocate who will be responsible for the delivery and promotion of advocacy. Allocating referrals and providing case support for advocates, you will develop a pool of advocates by recruiting and supporting them through induction.
As a senior member of staff you will carry a small caseload of advocacy referrals while monitoring advocacy cases through the case management system, ensuring advocate’s case notes are of expected standard. Ideally we would love someone who has some experience working with commissioners.

The role is remote however we require someone who lives in the Cumbria area as it will involve visits to clients so you need access to your own vehicle.
The role is part time at 25 hours a week.
