Rough Sleeper Navigator!

We are seeking a compassionate Rough Sleeper Navigator to work with the most vulnerable in society experiencing rough sleeping. In this role, you will provide specialised support and a multi-disciplinary approach to help achieve sustainable outcomes for identified rough sleepers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver an exceptional service using a Personalisation and Recovery methodology
• Utilise Psychologically Informed Practice for effective case management and support
• Collaborate with local authorities, agencies, and outreach teams to enhance housing opportunities
• Facilitate joint recovery plans with partners to maximise client outcomes
• Engage with clients using motivational techniques to transition away from street living

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting rough sleepers, particularly migrants, with complex needs
• Knowledge of relevant legislation in housing, homelessness, health, and immigration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Flexibility to work weekends and outreach shifts as required
