Risk Lawyer PI Claims
Part Time – 4 Days a week 28 hours
Up to £90k pro rata

A Top 100 UK ranked law firm with multiple UK offices and clients in multiple global jurisdictions is looking to employ a Risk Lawyer to support the business with their PI Claims in London

The Role
As a Risk Lawyer for PI Claims in London, this role sits within the internal risk team.
Your responsibilities include:
· You will be responsible for PI Claims against the firm in accordance to PI Protocol and internal polices, liaising with the firm’s insurers
· You’ll will take ownership and decide on claims up to £50,000
· You will oversee larger claims which are led and managed by the firms’ insurer.
· Support the Risk Management Team with PI renewals
The Candidate
To qualify for the role of Risk Lawyer PI Claims in London you will need the following experience:
· 3 years plus PQE
· Professional Negligence claims
· Experience with defending professional services firms
