Pentagon Talent have once again partnered with a very impressive international law firm, who take a dynamic approach to business, in their search for an experienced Revenue Controller to join their London finance team.

About the Role: The Revenue Controller will be an integral part of the Working Capital Team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance and deliver results. This hands-on role includes a diverse range of responsibilities:

  • Leading monthly revenue meetings with Partners and Associates.
  • Providing detailed client fee breakdowns and reporting on matter progress.
  • Resolving billing queries and assisting with credit control activities.
  • Managing various accounts payable queries.
  • Supporting the Team Leader with partner and client reports.
  • Maintaining compliance with professional regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring volume discounts, rebates, and advising on secondments.

About You: The Revenue Controller will be adaptable, proactive, and skilled at building professional relationships. You should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Revenue Controller in a law firm.
  • Experience producing client and partner reports.
  • High computer literacy (knowledge of 3E systems is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, integrity, and resilience.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
