Morgan Hunt are currently working with a National Regulatory Body in their search for a Regulatory Lawyer to support the Legal team and the organisation in it’s regulatory processes and Legal Compliance.
The organisations regulation means that information pertaining to family court proceedings it is often relevant to it’s fitness to practice proceedings.
You will sit within the in-house legal team , to provide legal advice on both broader regulatory law and business support matters, in order to share experience and learning. While the role will initially focus on the use of Family Court information, there will be opportunities to become involved in other projects relating to our regulatory functions and to participate in the work of the wider legal team.
The perfect candidate will be a Qualified Lawyer (registered with Bar Council/SRASRA/CILEXCILEX), alongside experience of advising on family law and conducting family court litigation. As well as experience of a willingness to learn the law relating to, professional regulation and the court of protection. Strong legal analyticalanalytical skills and judgement and experience of managing caseloads, with the ability to analyse complex issues.
Job Title: Lawyer (Regulatory & Family Court)
Location: Hybrid (Sheffield) (1-2 times in the office per fortnight)
Hourly Rate: £45,000 – £48,000
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
