Recruitment and HR Operations Manager – Leading University – London with hybrid working – c£54,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of London’s leading universities.
Reporting into the Deputy HR Director you will be responsible for the Recruitment and HR Operations Teams, processes, policies and communications. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should have experience of managing recruitment campaigns including senior hires and of managing end to end HR operational processes. Experience of developing and improving HR policies and processes needs to be combined with experience of using HR and recruitment systems. Strong analytical skills and a track record of leading a team are essential. Experience of working in the higher education sector would be an advantage.
