A Property Officer is currently required for an initial period of 3 months. You will be working on reactive repairs, void properties and planned/cyclical maintenance. A main area of focus will also be working on damp and mould issues so experience in this area would be preferred.

The main duties of the role are:

• carrying out pre and post inspections
• assess repair issues, specifying required works and coordinating contractors
• carrying out void inspections and liaise with the housing management team
• work with the wider team on the delivery of planned maintenance

To be considered for the role the following knowledge & experience is essential:

• experience diagnosing repair issues and proposing solutions
• experience of working in a customer focused environment and delivering customer care
• knowledge of social housing legislation.

The start date for the role would be as soon as possible.
