We have a current opportunity for a Project Worker – Edith Road (Hammersmith) on a temporary basis. The position will be based in London.

As a Project Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Your duties will include conducting assessments, carrying out support plans, delivering one-to-one sessions, and completing tasks on handover notes and making sure these are up to date. Assisting with clients care plans alongside key workers and other members of staff and shadowing them to their appointments.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage their workload effectively and ensuring their always being proactive. You should be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to build positive relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies and previous experience working with dual diagnose is vital. Basic IT skills to complete handover notes. In this role you will be managing a caseload, so experience is vital.
