Morgan Hunt are seeking a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client in Glasgow. Candidates with experience in IT Projects are highly preferred.

• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Rate: £300-350 per day (Inside IR35)
• Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, 2-3 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for project delivery, offering clear project management guidance, addressing issues, and adapting plans as necessary to ensure effective execution.
• Utilize recognized project management methodologies, such as Agile, to deliver a range of services that enhance service quality and continuity.
• Develop, update, and monitor project plans, using standard tools to prioritize and schedule tasks over the short term to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct research, compile information, and prepare project documentation including reports, summary documents, and correspondence, adhering to established templates or creating new formats when needed.
• Provide comprehensive project support, including organizing and coordinating project boards, meetings, agendas, minutes, and related documents, while ensuring actions are executed to achieve project goals.
• Maintain project RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are addressed, actions are assigned, and mitigation measures are implemented.
• Manage the project’s Benefits Realisation Plan, ensuring responsibilities are assigned and progress is made.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering internal stakeholder communication and engagement initiatives.
• Foundation-level certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Experience in a similar PMO or project environment.
• Basic knowledge of planning tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle.
