Duties:

• Provide progress coaching and pastoral support for students
• Work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Monitor individual learner progress across all aspects
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive learner tracking monitoring and support records
• Follow up and work with students to identify concerns, risks and barriers to progress
