A well-established organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide professional, high-level support to a senior leadership team.

This temporary, part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of supporting senior stakeholders with diary management, travel arrangements, and day-to-day coordination.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team runs smoothly during a period of transition, contributing to the delivery of important programmes and supporting the team’s overall efficiency.

The Personal Assistant responsibilities include:

Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings and travel

Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders

Drafting and formatting documents, emails, and internal communications

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Supporting budget monitoring and financial administration

Using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, ideally within a membership organisation, regulatory body, or the healthcare sector.

  • Is confident managing competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Pays excellent attention to detail and works methodically

  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

Contract duration: 12 weeks, 17.5 hours per week

Hybrid working available from London HQ

Salary: £36,705 pro rata (FTE: £36,705 per annum)
