People Partner – Education Sector – West London – c£44,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a People Partner to join a newly formed People function. Reporting into the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational people support. You will work closely with senior leaders and play a key part in creating a high performance culture.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Providing expert advice and support on employment relations issues and on HR best practice

• Driving people projects covering talent management, staff engagement and diversity

• Managing complex complex employee relations matters including redundancies and disciplinaries

• Playing a key role in organisational change projects including organisational restructures

• Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans

You should be an experienced People Partner or HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of employment law ideally gained in the Education or Public sector. Experience of managing complex employee relations issues including redundancies needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. You need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
