Part time Team Leader – Homelessness

Location:

Social Care Assignment: Permanent

Hours: 20 Hours a week

Must have an enhanced DBS Issued within the last 12 months (or on the update service)

Pay: £17,123 Per Annum

Duties and Who We Are Looking For:

• Maintain and enhance the homely environment
• Coordinate individual support, planning, and key working to meet residents’ needs
• Encourage independence, goal setting, and community engagement
• Ensure medication and healthcare needs are met while promoting residents’ rights and dignity
