We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group CEO to provide executive-level support within our vibrant and ambitious Further Education college group.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, ensuring seamless executive operations and acting as the key liaison between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with:
• Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong diary and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and external partners.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Experience in team leadership and coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in an education setting (desirable but not essential).
