Rough Sleeper Outreach Worker – Full Time

Hours per week: You will be required to work 37.5 hours a week over 5 days on which work could fall between Monday and Sunday, with a minimum of 7.5 hours per day, between 6am and 11pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Outreach Trips to visit Rough Sleepers – Epping, Maldon, Chelmsford, Rochford, Braintree, Uttlesford, Castle Point, Brentwood and surrounding areas

· Undertake needs and risk assessments, for those rough sleeping and at risk of rough sleeping.

· Facilitate access to council provisions for homelessness

· Signpost and facilitate referrals, and support service users to access specialist agencies.
