Morgan Hunt are working with a Professional Regulatory Body who are currently looking for a Temporary Operations Analyst to sit within the Delivery and scheme directorate.

This role involves, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identification and investigation of suspected fraud or error, planning and supporting of audit programmes, monitoring energy supplier performance against statutory obligations, risk management, or providing support on specific assurance projects.

The successful candidate should enjoy developing new skills, capabilities and expertise and being engaged across a broad range of diverse activities, including stakeholder engagement, investigation, policy development and project management.

They should also be able to collect, analyse and investigate qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to arrive at conclusions and offer recommendations. Who has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid (1 day in London Office)

Hourly Rate: £13.90 per hour (PAYE)

Job Type: Temporary (6 weeks), possibility for extension

Hours: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing towards the administration of the organisational schemes and achievement of key performance indicators

• Updating, developing, documenting, and streamlining business procedures to ensure robust and efficient processes

• Ability to build good relationships and credibility with a range of colleagues and external business contacts

• Identify instances of potential fraud and non-compliance and make recommendations to management and relevant teams

• Deliver targeted number of cases as agreed with your manager as well as reviewing information provided from applicants within set timeframes

• Provide support on related issues across the team on an ad-hoc basis, including in relation to individual projects across the team

Person Specification

• The ability to collect, analyse and investigate qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to arrive at conclusions and offer recommendations.

• Good written and verbal communication skills that effectively communicate complex issues to non-expert audiences

• Ability to proactively prioritise and plan your work and deliver quality outputs in a dynamic environment
