Morgan Hunt is working with a UK Council to recruit a NEC Housing Consultant on a contractual basis. This fully remote role requires the right to work in the UK.
Role Overview:
- System Enhancement: Develop and implement system improvements to enhance capability, efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Lead Consultant: Act as the primary liaison with NEC, taking ownership of issues and ensuring their successful resolution.
- System Management: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the NEC housing management system.
- Testing Coordination: Collaborate with the infrastructure team and delivery managers to schedule comprehensive test runs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and customise solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- NEC Experience: Extensive experience with NEC (Northgate) Housing Management Systems is essential.
- Housing Sector Background: Significant experience in the housing sector, particularly with housing associations or local councils.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a talent for influencing key stakeholders and driving projects forward.
- Independent Work: Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: High technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform system configurations.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: 6-month contract, Outside IR35.
- Compensation: Daily rate is negotiable.
- Location: Fully remote; the client is based in Scotland, but work can be performed anywhere in the UK.
