The Multi-Skills Lecturer will need to have:

• Teaching Qualification / Assessing Award
• Experience of delivering the City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 Multi-Skills course
• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
• Carpentry background desirable but not essential
