The Role:

🖊️Job Title: Lecturer – Maths (Part-Time)

📍 Location: Colchester

⏰Hours: Flexible part-time hours (to be discussed)

📅Contract: Temporary ongoing

💰 Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Deliver dynamic and engaging Maths sessions to learners.

✔️ Guide and support students in building confidence with Maths.

✔️ Track and report on student progress with constructive feedback.

✔️ Prepare tailored resources and help learners achieve their goals.

✔️ Stay current with curriculum updates and teaching strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 A degree in Maths or a related field.

🔹 GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English.

🔹 Experience teaching Maths at Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent).

🔹 Confident using Microsoft Office tools and digital resources.

🔹 Strong communication and organisational skills.

🔹 An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
