We work with leading Further Education and Training Colleges in and around London who are dedicated to providing high-quality education to learners of all backgrounds. Morgan Hunt is currently looking to recruit experienced Lecturers to deliver high quality teaching and learning to students from all different backgrounds.

Job Description
Lecturers will be required to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students at a variety of different levels and abilities. The roles will involve creating a cohesive learning environment, developing lesson plans and assessing student progress.

We offer a mixture of temporary ongoing, fixed term and permanent positions with a variety of timetables across the week. We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible and who are willing to go through our compliance process in advance.

Key Duties of Lecturers:

• Deliver high-quality lessons to students at a variety of levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Provide assistance for students’ academic and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and achievement.
• Work with colleagues and attend team meetings as required.

Skills & Experience Required of Lecturers:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience in delivering your subject to learners within FE.
• A strong comprehension of the challenges faced by learners in further education and training.
• Ability to create engaging and varied lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A dedication to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in education.
• Enhanced Child DBS- An enhanced DBS check with a child barring list check will be required for this role.
