Exciting Opportunity for High-Energy Learning Mentors in Hadlow – Immediate start!

We are seeking dedicated Learning Mentors with high energy to join one of our colleges in Hadlow, working with students aged 16+. This college provides exceptional support to students within mainstream and SEND, with the aid of amazing college facilities and an exceptional support team. The college also has campuses that are fit for purpose for students studying within the industries of Construction and Motor Vehicle.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Hadlow
• Salary: £15-£16 per hour
• Contract: Full-time, long-term

Who We Are Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with children and young people with SEND
• High-energy candidates who can engage and motivate students
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• Experience/willingness to support within construction environment (workshops, bricklaying etc.)
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with students
