Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your interest in working with diverse young Londoners with an opportunity to develop your organisational, creative and people management skills in a unique and inspiring setting?
Working alongside other coordinators and managers in our friendly Learning team, the Learning Coordinator will support the development and delivery of the museum’s activities for schools and families at the Museum of London Docklands, online and in schools. They will also manage volunteers and casual workers who work on the programmes, make sure activities are thoroughly evaluated, and contribute to the creation and updating of gallery activities and resources for schools and families.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and an enthusiasm for supporting activities for a variety of audiences. Museum experience isn’t required, but you’ll need some experience of working as part of teams responsible for running events for schools and families, eg in a heritage, arts, education or community setting.
