IT Support Specialist

Permanent | £28,000 – £30,000 | Based near Camden

First 3-months 5 days in the office, reducing to 3 days per week

A leading accounting firm in London is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its dynamic IT department. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with 1-2 years’ helpdesk experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees and partners, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure seamless business operations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, liaising with external providers when required.
• Analyse support requests to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Enhance IT processes and systems through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth IT setup.
• Collaborate on firm-wide IT initiatives and share knowledge within the team.
• Uphold the firm’s values, acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years’ IT helpdesk experience with strong technical expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data cloud platforms.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of audit, business services, tax, payroll, and other client service areas is beneficial.

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Permanent role with a salary of £28,000 – £30,000 plus benefits.
• Initially five days per week in the office for the first three months, then moving to a hybrid model of three days per week in the office.
• Based near Camden, Central London.
