Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end residential projects, hospitality projects, or extra care facilities. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can confidently engage with clients, present design concepts, and lead projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-end residential, hospitality, or extra care facility design projects.
• Create innovative and functional design solutions that align with client needs and brand aesthetics.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
• Produce detailed design drawings, mood boards, and material selections.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in interior design, specifically in high-end residential projects, hospitality projects, or extra care facilities.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant project experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting and articulating design concepts to clients.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
