HR Systems Administrator

Hybrid/Remote – London, Leeds, Manchester or Brighton

6 Month FTC offering – £29K – £31K PA

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to support our HR Transformation and Systems team.

About the Role:

As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, including our HRIS (People XD/Access Group) and ATS (iCIMS). You will work closely with our Workforce Insights Analyst and HR Systems Administrator colleagues to ensure accurate and reliable data for our upcoming workforce census.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data audits and validation checks to ensure data integrity across our HR systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to address data discrepancies and implement process improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day system administration, including creating new posts, updating pay scales, and managing access permissions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues across all HR platforms.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of the annual workforce census, potentially taking a lead role.
  • Maintain user guides, training materials, and deliver training sessions as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR Systems Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and data governance methods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or non-profit sector is an advantage.
