Morgan Hunt are working with a Public Sector body who are looking for a HR Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract to begin with. This HR Officer role is remote, with very occasional travel for company event days. It is paying up £31,700 and they are looking to get someone started ASAP. This role sits within a supportive but busy team of 6 and will be apart of a growing organisation.
This role will play a vital role in ensuring continued provision of a comprehensive support service for the People team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to the business. A customer service led approach both internally and externally is essential. Effective and timely processing of employment life cycle procedures will include involvement with and support on onboarding new starters, lifecycle changes, learning and development administration, employee relations as well as other People functions. This is an exciting and diverse role in a fast-paced environment suitable for an experienced, committed and reliable HR Officer with a can-do attitude.
