HR Business Partner
I’m looking for a seasoned HR professional to take on the role of HR Business Partner.
- Salary – £47,487.59 per annum
- Contract – Fixed term for 12 months
- Hours – Full time, 37 hours per week
- Location – Stafford
Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partner
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure all people-related activities align with our organisational values and policies.
- Mentor and coach People Advisors, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, supporting managers in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Coordinate and support HR projects, including TUPE processes, change management, and employee engagement.
- Provide strategic insights through People Analytics and actively participate in operational meetings.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, GDPR, and legal requirements, mitigating risks within the People function.
Skills and Experience
- CIPD Level 7 Chartered Member or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in HR advisory roles or business partnering, with at least 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, performance management, and organisational development.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and report writing abilities.
- Experience in managing TUPE processes, handling complex employee relations issues, and supporting strategic business planning.
- Commercially savvy with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
