Morgan Hunt are working exclusively with Thames Reach (Charity) in recruiting for a HR Business Partner specialising in employee relations for a temporary contract. This is a full time, hybrid role paying £220 per day with the main office based in South East London, starting ASAP. The HR Business Partner role will be for 3 months initially (with potential for extension) while the role is recruited to on a permanent basis – which you will have the chance to apply for should you want to.
About Thames Reach: Thames Reach is a leading charity in London dedicated to helping individuals with complex needs, including mental health issues and substance misuse. They manage various services such as street outreach, hostels, day services, supported housing, and employment schemes.
Role Purpose: As the HR Business Partner, you will provide expert guidance and support on People practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. In the short term, this role will be focused on the employee relations cases that the organisation currently has and will leading on a variety of layered and complex cases with the support of a HR Coordinator.
