HR Business Partner – Leading Regulator – Birmingham with hybrid working – up to £50,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of the UK’s leading regulators. Reporting into the HR Director you play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies for a specific client base.
Your key responsibilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong HR Generalist skill including a good knowledge of employment law and experience of managing change programmes. Strong project management skills need to be combined with a excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop effective people initiatives including succession planning.
