Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a rapidly growing Regulatory Body on a HR Advisor position, home based, or based in Leeds, ideally. This role is paying £35,000 – £42,000 dependant on experience for a 9 – 12 month fixed term contract, interviewing in the next 2 weeks and starting ASAP.
Job Summary of the HR Advisor:
This HR Advisor role is sitting within the HR and OD team, reporting into the HRBP and assisting in looking after a directorate of the business for the full HR generalist remit including a focus on ER. It will be to provide a comprehensive, professional, high quality, pro-active and efficient HR customer focused service to the organisation which enables the successful delivery of the Business Plan and HR Strategy to designated services.
A main aim of the role will be to provide specialist HR advice and guidance to employees at all levels on the interpretation and application of Terms and Conditions of Employment for the organisation, Job Evaluations, HR & OD Policies and Procedures.It will be to manage casework e.g. sickness absence management/performance management/disciplinary/capability/grievance/probation.
