HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Advisor to join National Charity. This is a 3-month FTC (possibility to extend) a Remote Role, Salary: £37,610.99 FTE. To start ASAP, Teams interviews this week.

Key Responsibilities HR Advisor

• Work alongside the National HR Senior People Partner, collaborating with a team of HR Advisors and a Regional HR Assistant.
• Provide proactive initial advice to Directors, managers, and employees on a broad spectrum of HR issues.
• Support managers in making values-based decisions in case management, including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness management, seeking resolution-oriented approaches.
• Contribute to policy, process, and training development, with the opportunity to foster an engaging culture that supports over 5,000 staff.

Skills and Experience HR Advisor

• Comprehensive HR knowledge and experience, with a focus on employment relations and change management programs such as TUPE.
• CIPD qualification and proven experience in managing employment relations issues.
• Solution-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
• Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment, managing changing priorities effectively.
