A supported housing organisation based in South London seek an experienced Housing Support Worker to work 30 hours per week across 4 days.

• Weekly client contact, assisting with tenancy management, budgeting, income maximisation, and addressing debt and rent arrears.
• Facilitating repairs, conducting property, and health and safety inspections, and ensuring regular review of risk assessments and support plans.
• Collaboration with external agencies, addressing antisocial behaviour, promoting well-being, and implementing harm reduction strategies are integral.
• Creating realistic housing move-on plans and managing tenancy breakdowns through referrals to relevant stakeholders.

To be considered for the role you must experience in a similar role which includes experience addressing anti social behaviour, health & safety, tenancy management.

4 days across Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week 10am-6pm or 9am-5pm.
