Hours of Work: Tuesday to Friday (10:00 to 20:00)

Salary: £28,662.40

Work Location: London W5 5RE

An ideal candidate must have experience in Housing for more than 3 years and should have experience in:

– Support planning (creating Support plans for clients)

– Risk assessments

– Needs assessments

– 1 on 1 sessions with clients

– Creating care plans

– Experience working with vulnerable people

PS: An active/online (should be on update service) enhanced DBS (child & adult) is mandatory to start for this role.
