We currently have a great opportunity with an established Housing organisation for a Housing Services Advisor role on a temporary basis for up to 3 months full time. This is an office based role located in East London.

Job Title: Housing Services Advisor

Salary : Up to £26 per hour

Contract : Temporary role, Full-time

Location East London (OFFICE BASED – 5 days a week)

Responsibilities of Housing Services Advisor:

• To deliver a high level of Customer Service
• To deliver sound advice to tenants on all Housing issues
• To respond to all tenancy requests in a timely manner over the phone or in person.
• Dealing with repair requests
• Efficiently use IT systems.

Essential criteria of a Housing Services Advisor

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to respond to all situations
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understand rent accounts
• Knowledge of online housing support systems
• Ability to prioritise
• Proficient with the Microsoft suite

Preferred

• Worked in a social housing background as Customer service officer, Housing assistant or as a repairs planner.
